Customer Reviews
Good charm necklace
I ordered a custom charm necklace. It came pretty fast, about 6 days. Quality was good for the price. No issues with the order or delivery.
Great value, nice product
This was my first time buying here. I got a custom charm bracelet during a sale, and also used a first order discount code. Ended up saving a good bit, which was nice. The bracelet itself looks pretty good, the gold plated charms have a nice shine. Felt like I got a really good deal for what I paid. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, which always helps with value.
Got a cute charm set
I was just browsing and ended up getting one of their DIY charm kits. It looked fun. It shipped out pretty quick, got here in about a week. Putting it together was easy enough. The charms are actually really cute, much better than I thought they'd be for the price. My friend saw it and asked where I got it, so that's a good sign. No complaints, it was a smooth purchase.
Reliable for charms
I've bought from Charmed Findz a few times now, mainly for extra charms. This time I picked up some zodiac charms and a new paperclip chain necklace. Like before, the order arrived quickly and everything was as expected. It's why I keep coming back, they're consistent. The quality holds up too; my older pieces still look good. They reliably deliver what they promise, which is what I look for in an online store.
Decent charms, slower shipping
I ordered a few initial charms and a chunky gold chain. The charms themselves are nice, they feel pretty solid and look good. The chain is decent too. My main issue was with the shipping speed; it took almost 10 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other places. I did get free shipping since my order was over the threshold, which is good. Customer service was okay when I emailed about the delay, they responded in a day. Overall, I'm happy with the jewelry, but they could definitely speed up the delivery time. It's a fair option for personalized items.

Thinking of trying Charmed Findz for a bracelet. How do they compare to BaubleBar or Gorjana in terms of style and quality?
Hey guys, thinking of getting some custom charms for a gift. How long does shipping usually take to say, California?
I signed up for their newsletter ages ago, where would I find that first order discount code? Is it in the email?
Just wondering, are these charms actually good quality? Don't want something that's gonna turn green after a few wears.
What's the deal with returns if I get a custom necklace and it's not quite right?
Anyone know if you can use more than one discount code at a time? Got a free shipping thing and a percentage off from a newsletter.
Does Charmed Findz do free shipping all the time or is it just a special deal sometimes?
